Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original, sealed packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Hygiene Notice: For health and safety reasons, any product that has been opened or had its protective packaging removed cannot be returned. Please check that your toothbrush is compatible before opening the product.
Return Shipping Fees: For returns made for reasons other than faulty or damaged items (for example, if you simply change your mind), customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Refunds will be issued once we receive and inspect the item.

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label (for faulty or damaged items), along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Shipping and Duties
All orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, customs fees, taxes, and other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. By placing an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs charges in full. If a shipment is returned to us because customs duties or taxes were refused or unpaid, we reserve the right to deduct any return shipping costs, customs fees, and associated expenses from the refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will cover the cost of return shipping for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including opened personal care or hygiene products, perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalised items, and hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards also cannot be returned. If you are unsure about your item, please contact us before opening the product.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the eligible product first, and once the return is approved, place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is delivered to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods for any reason. This right does not apply to sealed hygiene products once they have been opened after delivery. Returned items must still be unopened, unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at cambridgeinnovate@gmail.com.
Returns notice
For hygiene and health protection reasons, once the sealed packaging has been opened we cannot accept returns unless the item is faulty.
