We sell silicone toothbrush attachments designed to help reduce dripping after brushing. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes and may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the product is suitable for their intended use.

3. Pricing & Taxes

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

We are currently not VAT registered, and therefore VAT is not charged.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any import duties, customs charges, or local taxes imposed by their country.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues.

5. Shipping

For international shipments, customs processing may cause delays outside our control.

6. Returns & Refunds (Hygiene Policy)

Due to the nature of our product, returns are only accepted if the item is:

• In original packaging

• In a resellable condition

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on items that have been opened, used, or removed from their sealed packaging.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within a reasonable time with photographic evidence so we can resolve the issue.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

7. International Orders

If you place an order for delivery outside the United Kingdom, you are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, taxes, or other charges imposed by your local authorities.

These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
