Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of receiving payment. During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and that you have included your email and phone number; we are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
We offer standard shipping to the UK, EU, and selected international locations. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
International Orders – Customs, Duties & Taxes
All orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, customs fees, taxes, and other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. By placing an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs charges in full. If you refuse to pay these charges and the shipment is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct any return shipping costs, customs fees, and associated expenses from your refund.
While we aim to deliver all orders on time, shipping times are estimates only and can be affected by courier delays, customs inspections, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, and we cannot guarantee delivery dates.
Lost orders
For orders lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of estimated delivery. Claims made after this period may not be accepted. We may require photos or documentation for damaged items.
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply.
We reserve the right to change shipping methods, carriers, or costs at our discretion.
